Payment Terms
Pricing
- All prices for 2 adults
- All prices include 10% GST
- Hire of Linen - $7.00 Double Bed, $4.00 Single bed
- Caravan and Tent sites attract a refundable $10.00 key deposit
Prices per extra adult and per child
From & To
Cabin and Motel Unit: Adult $20.00 to $30.00 /night. Child $14.00 to $20.00 /night
Sites: Adult $15.00 to $20.00 /night. Child $10.00 to $12.00 /night
Arrival & Departure Times
Occupation of on-site accommodation commences at 2pm and checkout is at 10.00am or by prior arrangement.
Reservations
We require a deposit of a minimum of one night’s accommodation. This can be paid by cash, over the phone with a credit card or by sending a money order or cheque payable to The Gateway Village.
Whilst every endeavour is made to secure particular sites for guests we reserve the right to more guests within the specified category.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of a cancellation the following will apply to all deposits paid.
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, no refund
- Cancellation between 8-28 days of arrival, your full deposit will be held for up to 12 months to be used for any future booking
- Cancellation outside 28 days of arrival, deposits will be refunded less a handling fee, if you prefer this to the above option
It is not always possible to alter booking dates on arrival. If you have reason to alter the date please advise by giving 28 days notice in writing.
Early Departures
Sorry, The Gateway Village cannot offer refunds should you shorten your holiday.
